So things are getting crazy again now that the holidays are over. We did get a chance to take a little break right after Christmas to Southern Utah. It was even warm enough to go swimming in the heated pool. The week after this trip I went to Orlando to photograph a conference and it was even nicer there. All that warm weather made it a little more bearable to come back to the ice and snow for a few more months.

This is Zion’s National Park seen reflected in the windows of a mud brick home found in the ghost town, Grafton, just outside the entrance.

This is the weathered wood on another structure. I love the way the warm and cool tones come together.
